A car was left teetering on its bonnet and a man taken to hospital this morning, after a single vehicle rollover in Palmerston.

Police were called to the rollover on Kosciuszko Avenue and Freeling Crescent at about 7.15am, to find a green sedan upside down on the road.

A man was treated for minor injuries by intensive care paramedics at the scene and taken to Calvary Hospital by the ACT Ambulance Service.

An ACT Police spokesman was unable to provide information on how the incident occurred but said normal traffic flow has resumed.
