Not easy being green ... ZOO's pitch for the Liberals featured Kermit the Frog.
Three Canberra advertising agencies were last night encouraged to delve into politically-incorrect waters in a Gruen-style advertising pitch-off.
It was all part of the Canberra Marketing Forum, a one-day conference representing a diverse range of communications and marketing representatives.
Given the difficult task of plugging political parties ahead of the ACT elections, they've made an intentional mockery of the cause in their battle of the pitches.
Grey Advertising won the night with their pitch on behalf of the Greens. Adcorp pitched on behalf of Labor and ZOO pitched for the Liberals.

The Canberra Marketing and Communication forum is the largest event of its kind, attracting more than 150 delegates.
Relevant marketing and communication industry bodies partner with the Australian Marketing Institute to host the forum, which leads to a broad representation of the communications industry in the Canberra region.
