The Gilberts intend moving to a larger home with their two toddlers and newborn son.
The stage for business
A Paddington terrace owned by publicist and marketing consultant Bruce Pollack passed in on a vendor bid of $740,000 at auction last weekend through Nic Krasnostein and Ivan Bresic of BresicWhitney.
When the property was listed in May, its price hopes were more than $800,000. Now listed for sale at $780,000, the Victoria Street property has been the headquarters for Pollock's publicity business since he bought it for $425,000 in August 2001.
The two-storey terrace house could be retained as office space or converted back to a two-bedroom home. Pollack's company, Pollack Consulting, has implemented publicity campaigns for shows including Jersey Boys, A Chorus Line and The Addams Family.
Records reveal the Lilli Pilli home of former NSW rugby league coach Terry Fearnley sold for $1.34 million last month. The four-bedroom four-bathroom residence stands on a 1322 sqm block with a swimming pool and views across Port Hacking River.
