Entry-level city runabout is by no means perfect but there's still plenty to like.
Zero-to-hero performances don't come much more pronounced than that of Kia's Rio. Once a light car you bought only because you really had to, the latest model manages the feat of not only being a decent drive but is quite appealing.
Although our impressions have been formed by upper-level variants, here we're finding out if entry-level models, which have a smaller, less sophisticated petrol engine, reach the same heights.
